3. Our Services Claim Sure operates as an introducer, connecting individuals with solicitors and CMCs to process claims. We do not provide legal advice or make any guarantees regarding the outcome of a claim.

4. No Upfront Fees You are not required to pay any upfront fees to submit a claim. If your claim is successful, the solicitor or CMC handling your claim will deduct a percentage of the compensation as their fee, which will be clearly outlined to you.

5. Regulatory Information Claim Sure is a trading name of Riteway Claims Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under FRN (941650). You can check our authorisation on the FCA Financial Services Register.

6. Your Responsibilities By using our services, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You have the legal right to make a claim.

  • You will respond promptly to requests for further information from the solicitor or CMC.
